Welcome to e-arogya’s Corporate Wellness Programs Department.

e-arogya organizes tailor-made value-based wellness programs for various small, medium and large corporates in India. The programs were conducted both within the company campus (“on-site”) and outside the company campus (“off-site”) based on demand of various corporates. These programs are mostly “need-based” and were designed to suit the specific requirements of corporates, in consultation with company management, and / or their insurance company and Third Party Administrators (TPAs).

What is a Corporate Wellness Program?

Corporate Wellness Programs are organized worksite programs that are intended to assist employees and their family members in making voluntary behavior changes which reduce their health and injury risks, and enhance their individual well-being. The purpose of worksite wellness programs is to improve the health and productivity of the employees and reduce health-related costs by helping to change towards a healthy lifestyle.

To develop and organize corporate wellness programs and thereby improving healthcare outcomes by giving employees real incentives to get and stay healthy. Ultimately, healthy employees are more productive and help drive down premium costs.


How does it work?

Wellness programs typically start by conducting Health Risk Assessment and classifying the employees into various risk profiles. Based on the identified risk profiles of employees, e-arogya designs various comprehensive customized programs including health talks by experts, coaching / counselling programs, and disease cessation / management programs suiting to health requirements of employees.

What is role of e-arogya?

e-arogya arranges complete support for these programs including medical personnel such as doctors, Phlebotologist, Paramedics, IT infrastructure etc.



What are the requirements from the Company?

Active management and employee participation are most important requirements from a company for successful implementation of a corporate wellness program.

How much does it cost?

The cost of a wellness program based on requirements of a company and typically depends on type of wellness program, its comprehensiveness, program duration and company location(s).
